           We are two brothers (Tyler and Trey) that were born and raised in Cincinnati, OH. Watching the city grow and expand over the last couple of decades has been extremely inspiring, as we have a true passion for the city and our fellow Cincinnatians. Over the years we have wanted to re-invest in the city and to help instill progress. Together we have over 5 years of real estate experience and worked on over 15 different properties ranging from residential to commercial. 

 

          We understand that selling a property can be an absolute nightmare. We realized this ourselves trying to purchase properties where it would take months and months of negotiations, inspections, showings, bank approvals ect.  So we decided to make it easier for everyone. We specialize in cash deals so you can get out quickly at a fair price while saving time and hassle of dealing with all the worst parts.
